Franca (she/they) is an anthropologist and filmmaker from Germany, currently doing a PhD in Florence. As an activist researcher, she is focused on social movements and expressions of solidarity for a good life for all. She seeks ways to combine visual experiments and research to support change.
Helena (she/her), an anthropologist and educator from London, is committed to exploring sensory connections and the critical influence of set and setting in material rituals as a researcher. She actively seeks ways to integrate the anthropology of emotion with fieldwork design, engaging in an embodied ethnographic practice.
